Used Used Industrial-Grade Glycol Dehydration Units 544,000 m/day Capacity. MT-Monberg & Thorsen A/S Copenhagen (now MT Hojgaard) & Comprimo B.W Amsterdam (now Worley Comprimo) Sweetening Units for Natural Gas Treatment Shell Sulfinol process. Sulfinol flow feed rate is 30m3/hr (132gpm) @ 78bar (1131psig) per unit. Total capacity for both units combined is 544,000m3/day (192,111,500cfd). Incl. piping, pumps, sensors, valves, and additional infrastructure. Originally designed & commissioned as a back-up for offshore treatment plant capacity. Typically used 15 days per year during offshore plant maintenance, occasional operational standby testing and to process off spec gas.

Overview:
These MT-Monberg & Thorsen A/S Copenhagen (now MT Højgaard) & Comprimo B.W Amsterdam (now Worley Comprimo) Glycol Dehydration (TEG) Units are designed for natural gas dehydration, removing water vapor to meet pipeline and processing specifications. With a combined capacity of 544,000 m³/day (192,111,500 cubic feet per day – CFD), these units operated at 78 barg (1131 psig) max pressure. Originally commissioned as backup units for offshore natural gas processing, they were used for only 15 days per year during offshore plant maintenance, operational standby testing, or to process off-spec gas, ensuring they remain in excellent condition.
