Specifications

Vertical Transversal - Vertical Band SawsThe SVT models allow for the cross cutting of plates, sheets, structural steel and blocks. Applications include tool steel, aluminum, stainless steel sheets and plates.Models include the SVT 1250, SVT 1500, SVT 2000, and SVT 2500 that come in semi automatic or super automatic modes.Standard Features: Hydraulic power pack controls band tension and power guide arm - Vises operate on linear bearings with vector motors. A hydraulic cylinder opens and closes the vises - Head movement is made on ball screws and is actuated by a vector motorOptions: Laser beam light - Mist system - Service modem - Idler conveyors - Trim cut (super automatic) - Blade break-in program (super automatic)---------------------------------------------------------------------Vertical Longitudinal Plate SawsThe SVL models are cost-efficient vertical band saws with a traveling head designed to cut large carbon steel and stainless steel plates, slabs, blocks and ingots.Models include the SVL 3000, SVL 4000, and SVL 6000 that come in semi automatic mode.Standard Features: Head movement is made on ball screws and is actuated by a vector motor - Vises operate on linear bearings with vector motors. A hydraulic cylinder opens and closes the vises - Head contains three cast iron band wheels driven by a vector motor - Hydraulic power pack controls band tension and power guide arm.Options: Service modem - Blade break-in program - Mist system - Laser beam light - Automatic feeding---------------------------------------------------------------------Vertical Combined Plate SawsThe SVC Series is a cost-efficient vertical band saw with a traveling head designed to cut large carbon steel and stainless steel plates, slabs, blocks and ingots. It is possible to cut both the length and width of the material by fitting the machine with two rotating (+ 0° - 90°) blade guides. To cut the width, the head stays in a fixed position defined by the cutting line; the feeding is achieved by the advancement of the shuttle. Shuttle movement is adjustable from the control panel via a potentiometer.Models include the SVC 6300 and SVC 8300 and come in super automatic mode.Standard Features: Operator has the ability to cut in two directions without moving the material - Head contains three cast iron band wheels driven by a vector motor - Material feeding is made on ball screws and is actuated by a vector motor - PLC control, capable of programming up to 400 cutting jobs - Vises operate on linear bearings with vector motors. A hydraulic cylinder opens and closes the vises.Options: Service modem - Mist system - Independant vises - Oil tank - Laser beam light - Powered rotating blade guide - Blade break-in program
