The band saw with NC-Program features Cosen's NC control system for mass production. The programming allows for an automatic first cut, storage of up to 100 jobs, plus all other features included on the SNC-100 control system. The ball screw driven saw frame rides on linear guide ways (rails).

These designs help to give the frame a rigid base thereby ensuring the smoothest feeding, highest precision, and lowest friction guide system available today.
