Mechanical Rebuild

1) Clutch/Brake Assembly- completely disassemble, replace all perishables i.e., seals, springs, bearings, and clutch and brake liners. Reassemble and test to make sure everything is in good operating order.
2) Counterbalance Assemblies- Disassemble, and replace all seals, packings, and guide bushings and clean up barrel and piston and polish rods, and reassemble.
3) Slide Assembly- Disassemble, remove all barrels, screws, and adjustment assemblies. Check and make sure that everything is in good working order. Replace wrist pin bushings, and fit to wrist pins. Check all other components and machine anything that may require machine work.
4) Check the entire lubrication and air system. Replace any components i.e., regulators, filters, lube blocks, lube pump, or motor, that is deemed questionable. Make sure that all lube lines are in good shape and replace any kinked or damaged lube lines.
