The SweBend Four-Roll:
With our four-roll double-pinch PB4 machines, plates can be bent on both sides without having to turn the plate. This results in only minimum residual flat ends of 1.5- to 2-times the plate thickness. As there is no need for additional processing steps for bending the ends, production time is also up to three times faster
Touchscreen CNC control:
For simple operation, the 4-roll machines can be optionally fitted with the newly developed, highly intuitive "Seven" CNC control. This advanced operating environment simplifies all rolling operations from the most basic simple cylinders to highly complex shapes such as ellipses and even specialized products with variable radii. Now these traditionally difficult shapes can be produced quickly and effortlessly. Equipped with a large, easy to use touch screen interface the "Seven" CNC control will make setup fast and easy and thereby ultimately reduce production times. The control is also network-compatible to make off-line programming and remote diagnostics a simple and easy process.
