DynaPath DMC mill centers feature an unique eight-station tool changer that enables batch production using standard 40-taper tooling. The X, Y, and Z axes ways use roller-type linear rails that offer a balance of high rigidity and speed, allowing a rapid speed of 20 m/min (780 IPM). The 8000 RPM belt-driven spindle is dual wound, offering improved torque characteristics in the low winding when operating at under 1800 RPM. For the operator, the versatile WinDelta control allows manual DRO, semi-automatic, and also fully automatic operation of the machine by running standard G-Code. Furthermore, Conversational Programming and DXF CAD capabilities enable the operator to program right at the machine.
