CORNERWELD corner welding machines have been developed to weld sheet metal plates in 90° joints. Precise clamping technology with cooling system and inert gas supply combined with a convenient machine control to control welding cycles ensure high-quality corner welding seams.
The highly flexible clamping system is designed to clamp and weld diverse part geometries on one unit.
The maximum welding length is 300 mm or 500 mm depending on the machine model. The maximum inward return flange is 42 mm. Moreover, workpieces with max. 80 mm outward return flanges can be clamped.
Common applications for corner seam welding include control cabinets made of steel and stainless steel, catering kitchens as well as sanitary and laboratory furniture. CORNERWELD corner seam welding machines are also suitable for welding of larger rectangular tanks, such as ultrasonic cleaning tanks.
