ACRA 2200 SCH Precisio Engine Lathe 22" Swing x 60" CC, MAZAK type lathe
With new design for 3-V bed way and front chip drawer and also with the electric brake system.
All castings are properly stabilized and stress relieved
Bedways are hardened & ground to min. HRC48-55
Extremely low noise level
Foot brake pedal provided
Wider bedway which absorbs vibration
Y-△ type spindle motor equipped for smooth start and operation
Oil distributor may be adjusted to lubricate bedways, cross slide, or both
Automatic and manual forced lubrication pump offer oil to bedways and cross slide
Apron:

A manual & automatic lubrication system equipped to keep the sliding ways and bedways lubricated
Choice of right or left hand wheel
An overload protection device equipped to avoid machine damage
A limit switch equipped to protect the power feed motor
Rugged Headstock:

Forced lubrication to all running points
Head housing features outstanding vibration dampening and deformation free performance
Rugged head construction gives extra rigidity and heavy cutting
All gears and shaft are hardened and precision ground
An O-ring around the headstock to avoid oil leakage, and offer more convenience to open / close the cover
Rugged Tailstock:
Tailstock quill is graduated in inch / metric scales
A tang slot for positive drive of tool equipped
Two-step tailstock provides smooth operation
3 V Sliding Ways:

The 3V type bed rail structure is more stable than the general bed rail structure, more suitable for heavy cutting, has high precision, and can extend the service life of the machine
The bed has undergone hardened and quenching treatment and precision grinding to ensure optimal hardness, straightness and smoothness
Frontward Chip Tray:

To save space when setting up the lathe machine
Easier to clean up the chip after operation
Dual Braking System:

A mechanical brake system plus an electrical braking system to make sure the operator could stop the spindle in the shortest time
