Electro Arc 2-SE AC Tabletop Metal Disintegrators with LBH Disintegrating Head

OPERATING HEAD: Both heads work by creating 50/60 positive arcs per second at the target metal with a molybdenum electrode. Provides 9” (229 mm) of rack and pinion travel. Built-in LED current monitoring indicator color-coded to assist operator feed control. Operate at any angle. Can be rotated 360 degrees around the crossarm axis. Feed scale graduated in 1/16 ” (1 mm) increments.

SUPERSTRUCTURE:
CROSSARM: 21/4 " diameter 15" long hard-chrome plated radial crossarm. 360° rotation around the column. Manual crossarm and rotation locks.
COLUMN : Hard chrome plated, 23/4 " diameter, 36" high. Maximum work height from head: 17" to the table; 50" to the floor.12" lift rack for raising/lowering the crossarm.
BASE: Heavy reinforced frame construction. 34" high. Ground, cast iron work top 20" wide x 18" deep with five 1/2 " “T” slots. Recessed control panel; lighted push buttons; indicator light for low coolant level; external fuses; master stop; four heavy-duty ball bearing casters. Ventilating louvres. Storage drawer for electrodes and collets.
POWER TRANSFORMER: 110, 240, 380, 480, or 550 volt. Disintegrator transformer ratings are available in 3, 10, 15, or 20 KVA with 5, 8, or 10 cutting heat settings. (110v input only allows 3KVA transformer.) Circuit breaker protection; machine tool electrical standards. Mass production J.I.C. electrical standards available at an additional cost.
COOLANT SYSTEM: Built-in coolant tank. Wire mesh cartridge filter intake. Pump: 2 GPM, 90 PSI. Motor 1/3 HP, single phase, 120 volt. Power coolant cable (conducts both liquid coolant and low-voltage current) 71/2 ft. (2.3 m).
