Machine is 2nd owner; current owner purchased in 2007. Machine in excellent condition. Current owner maintains regularly including calibration.
Replace Y-Axis way cover in 2014. Every 6 months pulls way covers and checks lube system, mechanics, cleans everything thoroughly. Saves all the old parts; old parts come with sale of machine. Has all the invoices / documentation / quotes for all repairs from outside houses.
Replaced the tool change cylinder 3 years ago. Rebuilt spindle assembly in 2021, last year; replaced X-Axis ball screws and bearings.
Changes out between 30-35 Bijur lubrication fittings every 3 years.
Upgraded computer software in 2014 to latest revision including options for 3D mold; Ulti-Pocket machining capabilities; DXF, industry standard NC, NC production package.
