This unit is one of the most common machines in any HVAC Duct fabrication shop is the standard 20 ga Capacity Pittsburgh machine. This 5 station rollformer operates off of 115 Volt Single Phase power and uses 1″ of the metal edge to roll form the small female Pittsburgh seam with a pocket depth of 5/16″ at a speed of 23 feet per minute. Comes standard with Pittsburgh rolls built in on Left side for a Right-To-Left workflow. The Right side of machine is empty and can be equipped with one of three rollset options, the Drive Cleat, Acme Lock (Double Seam) or the Right-angle Male Pittsburgh flange.
