<1> REPEATABILITY TEST -- Displays the test screen for
recording a series of successive unbalance measurements.
The test is performed by taking repeated
unbalance measurements of a single part. The program will display the maximum
spread for all readings and calculate the average automatically.
<2> GAGE R & R -- Provides access to the
"Gage R & R" screens. These screens display the readings and
calculated results of the test. The user can set up the test for a set number
of trials and operators. To set up the test select the EDIT PARMS button, make
changes, & use GO BACK to return to the test screen. (Note: Editing
parameters will clear all data.) Three test screens are provided: left plane,
right plane, and force unbalance.
<3> LOGGED DATA MENU -- Allows the operator to erase
the logged data for incoming or outgoing parts or to copy the database to disk.
Select the desired option from the menu displayed.
<4> INCOMING STATS -- Displays a menu of statistical
reports for incoming parts. The operator may select right and left plane, force
and couple unbalance measurements for statistical analysis.
l
HISTOGRAM & SIMPLE STATS: Displays a bar graph
showing the frequency of readings within each (predefined) range of values and
the following statistical values.
l
TREND: Provide access to the trend graphs for
current measurements. Graphs show unbalance readings on a time scale.
l
X_BAR & R_BAR: Provides a graphic display of the
average values for groups of several readings each, and of the range for each
group.
l
PRINT MEASUREMENT DATA: Displays the incoming data
in the format shown below and allows the operator to send the data to the
printer.
<5> OUTGOING STATS -- Same as above but using data
for outgoing parts.
<6> EDIT STATS PARAMETERS -- Allows user to set
certain parameters used in computing the statistical displays
