You’re taking the first step in the automation of your CNC machine by using Pallet-Load Single. This automation system is indeed the basic model and it excels in simplicity and ease of use. The system is available for the automation of turning machines or milling machines.
Are you ready for automation?
You position the rough components on a configurable pallet, on which you can store both small and large workpieces. The robot then loads them into the machine, and places the finished pieces back onto the same pallet. When everything is ready, empty the pallet again and you can get started with the next batch! Setting up only takes a few minutes: our user-friendly software asks you for the dimensions of both the rough and finished pieces, and the number of pieces you want to load. You will then be asked to configure the pallet with the attachments provided and place the rough components in the correct positions. Your robot does the rest!
