Could it be even simpler? One pallet for rough components and one pallet for finished components. With Pallet-Load Double you not only have one, but two pallet positions. This solution is also suitable for automating lathes and milling machines.
Are you ready for automation?
The configurable rough components pallet is placed in a first position. Like the Pallet-Load Single, you can configure this pallet with the attachments provided, you can then position your rough components on this pallet. What’s more, these parts can also be stacked, which gives you even more capacity.
Place a standard wooden pallet in a second position, where the robot will set aside the finished components. This pallet is immediately ready for further processing or transport!
If you have even larger batches and your components are not stackable, you can optionally choose to replace the wooden pallet with a second configurable pallet. This way both pallets are used for the rough and finished components as well, which means you immediately double your capacity!
