The rail mounting unit will be 4" wide by 2"
tall by 20" long and have three (3) threaded 112"-13 drilled and
tapped holes (for the 112" SHCS on the Vacuum Chuck Base Plate)
as well as a milled slot in the bottom to match a variety of machine
tool table patterns (to accommodale 112"-13 SHCSs). The rail
mounting unit allows mobility between different vertical machining
centers with varying t-slot patterns position that use 112'-13 SHCSs.
With the rail mounting system, please allow'for an extra 2" o'f Z
height off of the machine tool bed. The overall dimensions including
the 3-1/2" thick vacuum chuck off of the machine table surface is
approxi mately 5-1 I 2" lall.
