Nominal main process gas flow 400 kg/h. Water evaporation capacity 5 -20 kg/h. Typical mean particle size 50-300 (UM). Exhaust system: Cyclone Diameter 394 type CHE and scrubber type SHE 280. Heating: El-heater, 40 kW for max. inlet temp. 300C. Atomizing equipment: Two-fluid nozzle, co-current. Powder collection: Single point by means of a bucket on a fluid bed. Pump: Peristaltic pump, infinitely variable remote control. Control panels: Electrical panel, floor mounted. Cabling to power consumers excluded. The pneumatic panel, floor mounted, and hoses are excluded. Motors and field instruments: Included. Fans: Exhaust fan and supply fan with speed regulation by frequency converter. Both are mounted in a noise-attenuating box. Supply fans for fluid bed with speed regulation by frequency converter.
