This fully integrated system consists of two Buss SMS-Canzler thin-film evaporators (TFEs), condensers, process columns, a Konus Kessel thermal oil boiler, a cooling system, vacuum units, an air system, and a complete control system with PLC and monitoring capabilities.
The system operates with two evaporation stages:
1st Stage: 70-90 mbar (1.015-1.305 lbs./sq. inch) at 518°F (270°C)
2nd Stage: 3-5 mbar (0.0435-0.0725 lbs./sq. inch) at 698°F (370°C)
All components, including piping, heat exchangers, valves, and instrumentation, are constructed from 304 & 316 stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
