This system automatically seals your product in a lightweight, ultra-protective bubble mailer made from a durable, moisture resistant, multi-layer blend of co-extruded polyethylene film. Quality, precision, and speed were what we had in mind for our customers when we developed the PACjacket automated system. Our new single web design produces a high quality seal that offers greater security for its contents by reducing the number of heat seals necessary to produce a finished package. This is the ultimate automated system for high volume e-commerce applications. On average the PACjacket machine produces 1520* bags per minute. Max roll size: 42" diameter by 38" wide.
