Structural Steel is a rugged metal cutting band saw machine with an impressive array

This extraordinary machine offers the unique ability to quickly and accurately cut miters up to
45 degree in one direction and 60 degree in the other direction. The saw bow travels up and
down on dual columns but maintains a constant 7.5 degree angle that causes blade penetration
into one flange, then the second flange and into the web at an angle. This reduces saw blade
tooth stripping and allows the use of finer pitch blades
for better finishes and reduced burr while still producing rapid cuts.
