Functionality Notes:
The machine is a 2nd-Owner unit. Machine was purchased approximately 15 years ago, around 2010. Machine has been an excellent runner for current owner. The rotary indexer was rebuilt 6 years ago with new ring gear, worm gear, and bearings. The spindle and bearing assembly was replaced 3 years ago. The machine has only been run around 10 hours / week since the time of the spindle replacement; approximately 1,600 hours over the last 3 years. The way covers for the 3 main axes have been replaced.
This machine has been run on clean, dry air utilizing aluminum lines. QualiChem cutting fluid is used exclusively on this machine because the main material ran is 15-5 Stainless Steel bar. The seller is letting two (2) tombstones and pull studs; available holders need to be negotiated separately with purchase of machine.
Machine is presently under power and available for inspection and test. Full set of original manuals for operation, maintenance, programming, and parts.
