Functionality Notes & History:
This machine was purchased new by the current owner. This machine is a good runner. The owner is working on streamlining his process, and has moved production to other machines based on his current product mix. The owner is in no hurry to sell this machine; tooling can be negotiated at the time of purchase. However, no tooling is being offered as part of the initial sales offering; the tooling is shared between several different machines.
Unit has processed 98% Aluminum and 2% 4130 Alloy Steel. Mostly used for prototyping, little production. Spindle drive did receive a new belt about a year ago. Owner thinks hours may have been reset about a year ago during a firmware update or when belt was replaced. He estimates total machine hours is around 3,000 with spindle hours being significantly less.
