The Rhino R-90 ironworker comes standard with high speed hydraulics, which includes a higher horsepower motor, allowing for faster cycle times and faster parts production. It comes standard with polyurethane hold downs for less material distortion during punching and cutting.
The innovative design of the Rhino coper/notcher station makes it one of the most versatile in the industry. Operators can cope, notch and trim materials of various thicknesses from any angle. The shearing station has quick hold down adjustment for different material thicknesses. The punch station is equipped with a quick release "dovetail" clamping system allowing quick changeover from a punch to a small press brake attachment. The angle shear has a free-floating top blade which slides to the center of the angle iron before cutting, eliminating distortions for a clean, precise cut.
