10518 1 INJ42070 Modifications, liquid TPE
Provide the following modifications for liquid TPE:
Provide a seal at the end of the feed screw that prevents material from extruding out the end of the
barrel.
Provide a " NPT port located at the standard feed throat. L/D for the 14.2 ounce barrel will be 16.4:1
Chrome plate the shank area of the feed screw.

Standard Rotary Table in place of standard. The rotary machine type utilizes one upper mold half
with multiple lower mold halves. The machine has a horizontal dial that rotates from one station to the next, normally in a clockwise direction, and is precisely positioned with a shot pin. The rotary machine is ideal for secondary operations such as hot stamping, pick and placing, etc., while loading occurs at one station resulting in greater productivity.
