Cosen C-tech dual column bandsaws feature Smart NC+ system. The programming allows for automatic first (square) cut, storage of up to 100 jobs, automatic multiple indexing, & kerf compensation. Cutting information such as job status, blade speed, blade life, and error message are clearly displayed on a 7" color HMI for ease of use. Hydraulically controlled feed force and feed rate valves ensure best cut setting for each material while the saw head rides on a double linear rail guided system. This design ensures the smoothest cutting with the highest precision guide system available today.

With its rigid structure, a 7.5 HP (5.62 kw) inverter drive, 41 mm wide blade, and easy to use controls, Cosen's C3 band saw is compact in size, yet fits the need of any job shops, machine shops, or demanding production shops.
