Rebuild Work to Be Performed (Included in above Price):

I. Furnish servicemen, equipment to perform the following:

A. Counterbalance cylinders; disassemble, clean and inspect. Furnish new guide bushings, seals and packings. Polish rods and cylinders. Reassemble and test.

B. Slide; disassemble, clean and inspect. Rebush lower connections. Hand work upper bushings. Hand work and reflake gibbs and wear strips. Deburr slide face and T-slots. Test slide adjustment for proper function. Reassemble all components back into slide. Level slide and set gibbs at your facility.

C. Bolster; grind top and bottom, deburr t-slots.

D. Clutch/Brake Assembly will be removed disassembled with all wearable components i.e., liners, springs, packings, seals, bears, replaced. All plates will be checked and resurfaced to make sure everything is in ‘like-new’ working order.

E. Lubrication and Air System will all be thoroughly inspected and tested and updated, where ever updates may be required. It will all be checked for proper running condition prior to press runoff.

F. Electrical- Includes a new Cieco PLC Press Control integrated with a new DC Variable Speed Drive and set up in a new Electrical Console and wired to the press.
